Born in a small village in Italy, Marco Leon grew up in a pasta -smelling kitchen where his grandmother taught him that love was going through his stomach. It was under his guidance that Marco learned how to make the perfect hand -rolled pasta and how simple ingredients are made into masterpieces.
As a young man, Marco moved to Rome,
Where he worked as a dishwasher in a small trattoria. He closely watched the chefs and learned their secrets until one night he was called to replace the missing chef. His truffle won the hearts of all, and from that moment on his true culinary journey began.
The following years took him to Paris,
To Barcelona and finally to New York, where she trained her skills in the best restaurants in the world. His style combines traditional Mediterranean flavors with a modern approach – simplicity, freshness and perfect balance.
Today, Marco Leon is the chef of our restaurant who brings his passionate soul and years of experience to each dish.
Under his hand, dishes that take you to the tasting journey directly to the narrow streets of Italy, where it smells of fresh basil and mature tomato.
